Landscape Planting Plan for rehabilitated facility located on Western Avenue. Plans included compliancy with the Chicago Landscape Ordinance. A calm, green lawn is the centerpiece of the “Serenity Garden”, a courtyard accessible only from the building. Counseling, staff breaks, and activities, and special events are supported with the design that features seating, dining area, hardscape, small water works, and lush plantings.
