Master plan study of this small park near downtown included meeting with focus groups and public to determine uses and future of the park, development of schematic design and design development with public review for recommended plan. Master plan features enhancements to wildflower and native plant area in park, upgrades of botanic interest to general park plantings, park amentieis such as furniture and lightings, and a new facility with utility upgrades to support public outreach related to the natural area and the theatre in the park, one of its major summer activities.
