Profile
Mr. Balkan is an Urban / Landscape Designer. He contributes
to all phases of the design process, including production on schematic,
design development, and construction drawings, planting plans, construction
details, and specification writing. He is highly skilled in the production
of 3D drawings, sketches, models and color renderings, both free hand
and computer-aided.
Broad experience with computers, CAD, and a
variety of graphic software enables him to coordinate with any associated
firms. He also assists in the design and production of marketing materials.
Mr. Balkan has worked on a range of projects involving large-scale
planning and smaller courtyard spaces, as well as numerous Chicago landscape
ordinance based projects, for which he has a special expertise. |
